Consuro Hires Client Advocate Director

Ben Tiblets, Co-President of Consuro Managed Technology, has announced the appointment of Lori Cobb as Client Advocate Director, a newly created, client-focused position designed to manage all aspects of the Consuro customer experience. Consuro specializes in IT management and network support for a broad range of industries.

Working directly with the executive team, Ms. Cobbs interaction with Consuro clients will complement efforts of each designated Account Manager. Ms. Cobb will track and assess service delivery targets milestones, anticipate needs, and act as liaison to proactively preempt possible technical or service issues. She will report directly to Consuros two presidents, Mr. Tiblets and Kevin Valadez. Lori Cobbs 22 years of experience in the information technology industry ranges from end-user support to supervising and managing various IT support teams, ideal credentials for her new leadership role at Consuro, according to Mr. Tiblets.
