New Case Study Renown Designers Journey to Enhance Business

Hoboken, NJ (Vocus) October 27, 2010

Whether he is designing a custom residence, a home-away-from-home boutique hotel, or a line of furniture or textiles, interior designer Campion Platt has one thing in mind: luxury. His holistic approach creates highly personalized spaces making him a favorite of celebrities including Al Pacino, Meg Ryan, Roger Waters, Conan OBrien, Jay McInerney and socialite Anne Hearst. Campions unique brand of innovative design also extends to the IT support consultant he chooses to support his business, eMazzanti Technologies.

A new case study captures the designers technology journey. A full version of the story is available at emazzanti.net.

IT Function Over Form Needed

For Campion, IT function trumps form. Its network and computers needed to add value while improving productivity. However, business productivity ended up victim to massive email spam. Up-time, security and backup protection were concerns for intellectual property and overall business, and the need for full-file access while on the road was paramount for the continent-hopping president. eMazzanti addressed all of Campions concerns with its eCare/MXINSPECT solutions.

eMazzanti Technologies eCare is a robust family of services that includes eCare Network Management (fixed-fee IT support), eCare Business Continuity, and eCare Exchange. These services make it easier for customers to maintain their network, protect intellectual property and files as well as collaborate and share information more efficiently.

Spam Eliminated, Productivity Restored

“One of our biggest problems was spam. Every employee was getting over 100 per day and it was killing productivity. eMazzanit’s MXINSPECT Email Defense virtually eliminated all the spam and let us go on with our business.”

Remote Access to Critical Files

“As office manager, my job often extends to solving problems other than 9-to-5. eMazzanti’s remote desktop access allows me to solve problems faster no matter what time it is, said Christine Carroll, office manager, Campion Platt.

“eMazzanti has our ‘back’. They remotely monitor and fix our network to make sure we’re ready to do business anytime, from anywhere, noted Campion. Isn’t this the kind of IT support any business would want?”

About eMazzanti Technologies

With a company name that sounds more like a purebred, high-performance sports car than a IT support and consulting firm, eMazzanti Technologies is all about delivering powerful solutions such as computer network management, network troubleshooting, business continuity and disaster recovery, green computing, mobile workforce technology, information security and business information optimization in the most efficient manner possible. Consuro Managed Technology and Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford Featured in Dell Customer Case Study

Fort Worth, Texas (PRWEB) February 21, 2012

Consuro Managed Technology and Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford, two north Texas companies, are the subjects of a Dell(TM) Inc. Customer Case Study published on Dells website. Consuro, a premier Texas-based managed technology services company serving businesses from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, worked with client Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford, an architecture, planning and interior design firm, to refresh its IT systems to improve performance availability and scalability while keeping costs down.

The case study highlights the benefits achieved by Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford through its work with Consuro. According to the Dell report, In professional services industries such as architecture and design, technology has been the great leveler. Armed with the same applications and tools as larger firms, small and midsize businesses are able to capture a larger share of the market.

To accomplish Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanfords goals, Consuro — an IT consultant group and local Dell certified partner — worked closely with the clients Director of Information Technology, Jason Adams, and Eric Hahnfeld, AIA, President. Together, the team implemented a Dell and Microsoft infrastructure, helping the architecture firm be more productive and efficient, and to enhance competitive positioning.

Consuro met with Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford to understand their business, and then created a technology plan to specifically meet the clients needs. According to Mr. Adams, this methodology resulted in surprising cost savings.

Consuro developed a virtualization plan that saved us 50 percent compared to scaling the traditional way of buying more hardware to fix the problem, said Mr. Adams.

We deliver much more than hardware, added Ben Tiblets, Consuro co-president. We analyze each clients specific business then develop a custom plan. Our multiple solutions guide our clients as they choose what is best for their company. Then we show them how to leverage the systems for their needs.

Not only is Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford seeing improvement in their infrastructure, they also recognize increased employee productivity. The firms 29 registered architects, interior designers and architectural interns primarily use Autodesk Revit
