Microsoft Dynamics AX Hosting and Managed Services Company, OneNeck, Signs Five-Year Contract to Host Virtual and Physical Environments for Sprouts Farmers Markets

Scottsdale, AZ (Vocus) November 30, 2010

Microsoft Dynamics AX hosting and managed services company, OneNeck, announced today it has entered into a five-year contract with Sprouts Farmers Markets. Under the terms of the contract, OneNeck will deploy a virtual addition to Sprouts current IT environment. The new environment will create and host an infrastructure that will provide network management, system administration, system backups and a disaster recovery environment. The deployment will be a combination of physical and virtual servers that will host Dynamics AX, SharePoint, Exchange and SQL.

Sprouts will benefit from OneNecks cloud-based expertise hosting enterprise-class ERP and operational environments. This will enable the rapidly growing grocer to quickly scale their increasingly complex IT environment without additional IT staff. Sprouts data, networks and systems will also be protected and quickly recoverable upon the declaration of a disaster. This infrastructure will be hosted and managed in OneNecks hardened data center facilities, which provide highly available cloud environments.

We chose OneNeck due to their capability to manage a highly available, private cloud-based Dynamics AX solution, along with their expert disaster recovery practice , stated Sprouts IT Manager Michael Klingseis. With our rapid growth, we feel secure that the service OneNeck provides will allow us to keep growing and expanding without the worry of our IT environment not being able to keep up.

“We are honored to have been selected by Sprouts Farmers Markets to manage their Microsoft Dynamics AX environment,” commented Chuck Vermillion, CEO of OneNeck. “By engaging with us, they can leverage our private cloud offering, freeing them from the day-to-day responsibilities of managing complicated enterprise applications. He continued, Like so many of our other customers, this translates into long-term cost benefits and allows them to concentrate efforts on moving their business forward.”

DataChambers Earns Five-Year Contract Extension from Charlotte Pipe

Winston-Salem, NC (PRWEB) April 17, 2012

Today DataChambers, a North Carolina-based information technology firm, announced it has earned a five-year contract extension from Charlotte Pipe, the nation’s leading maker of cast iron and plastic pipes and fittings. Under the terms of the agreement, DataChambers will host a disaster recovery data center for Charlotte Pipe through 2016.

Charlotte Pipe made the move to DataChambers in 2009 to ensure uninterrupted operations in the event of a network or a system failure. The company also realized a significant reduction in information technology costs.

Based on the service and support weve received and the significant improvements weve seen in uptime and performance, there was a compelling case to be made for extending our contract with DataChambers over a significantly longer term, says Cam Faison, CIO for Charlotte Pipe. Were able to take advantage of a quality data center environment at an affordable rate, backed by a highly responsive team of professionals.

Charlotte Pipes systems are housed in an underground, blast-resistant building with redundant power and air conditioning, redundant fire suppression and security systems and redundant connectivity to virtually every major carrier in the nation.

Charlotte Pipes computer network is a mission-critical tool that can impact production, customer service and profitability, says Nicholas Kottyan, CEO of DataChambers. Were delighted to offer the levels of performance and protection they need.
