Specific services provided under the agreement are application administration, database administration, operating system administration, network management and infrastructure management.

Hearthside is the largest independent bakery in the U.S., operating 13 food manufacturing plants in six states. In a recent acquisition, Hearthside purchased a business from an existing OneNeck customer. Hearthside had a number of options to consider for the new divisions ERP environment. After careful consideration, the decision was made to keep the ERP environment with OneNeck due to its robust capabilities in cloud services and industry leading support. As part of the new contract, Hearthsides physical platform was rapidly migrated to OneNecks VPS platform, while maintaining seamless business continuity.

OneNeck had been hosting the Oracle environment for some time prior to the acquisition and was viewed by local IT and management as a solid performer, stated Bob Burchfield, Hearthside CIO.
